Job Description

The Talent Management and Culture Analyst is a key stakeholder and will work closely with the Lineage Logistics leadership team and Human Resources team members to support talent management and cultural initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.

These initiatives will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Progression and succession management.
  • Implementation of the company’s first electronic performance management system.
  • Leadership development.
  • Communication and marketing of the progress and ongoing action planning related to the company’s engagement survey’s and cultural assessments.
  • Branding and execution of a company-wide recruitment process.
  • Integration of corporate values into the fabric of the company’s culture
  • Overall change management and communication of other initiatives,
  • Systems administration and support of all Talent Management Systems.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing key relationships across the HR function to support change management communications to enable the HR field to support execution strategies
  2. Working closely with vendors in support of Lineage talent management and culture strategies
  3. Compiling business metrics and key performance indicators relevant to both the department and other areas of the organization.
  4. Serving as a subject matter expert in the areas of Talent Management related systems within Workday including management reporting, problem solving, administration, maintenance, data integrity, security, project management, and customer support, as well as supporting or developing processes and procedures that address organizational needs. 
  5. Managing projects from conception to implementation, including defining project scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable systems; Conducts impact (fit/gap) analysis for upgrades to business systems; Ensures effective communications within the project team and to impacted areas.
  6. Participating in the review of vendor contracts, systems and implementations to streamline processes and control costs. 

  1. Developing communications and maintains training materials as related to new or enhanced business system processes and conducts training sessions for team members and impacted customer areas.
  2. Serving as a key contributor in collaboration with the talent acquisition staff in support of redesigning lineage careers sights, campus recruiting and overall lineage value proposition for candidates.
  3. Analyzing and making recommendations related to people and talent analytics
  4. Learning and leveraging Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies aligned with corporate values and business processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 year’s comparable experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one—on—one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to deal with Ambiguity.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to influence with-out authority.
  • Ability to analyze data and determine a “path forward”.
